I do my best to list items as accuarately as possible, and to identify when items are in used condition. I am careful to check over items to ensure effectiveness and longetiviy and willl identify if I feel an item needs gentle or specific care instructions.I lovingly wrap products for delicate shipping to ensure your prizes arive in the condition they left me in.

That being said, most items are not typically eligble for return unless determined to be on a case by case basis (for example - damage during shipping). Vintage and gently used items will not be returned due to wear, and are sold as is. Please do read the listings carefully before committing to a purchase.
